Delivery Policies.
When payment for subscription and/other service purchased through the web site is confirmed, the customer shall receive a confirmation mail within 48 hours including the order with which such subscription/service was purchased and the corresponding amounts and information related to the transaction.
Given that these are services and subscriptions, there shall be not term of delivery for this kind of purchases.
Refund Policies.
Term.
The term for any refund shall be 48 hours after the confirmation of the subscription.
Retentions.
Within the above stated term, the person or corporation requesting refund shall be subject to a 20% retention of the total amount paid due to management expenses.
After the above stated term, there shall be no right to refund.
Procedure.

In any of the two cases above, the client must state that it is requesting refund.
The organization shall refund the amount requested according to the stated term and it shall withhold any amounts included in the refund policies.
